Check your fatigue score to help you assess your level of fatigue. If you are concerned about how tired you are feeling, it’s important to discuss this with your doctor.​

2. Make an appointment with your family doctor

Your doctor will talk through with you how you are feeling and may organise a simple blood test to check your iron levels if iron deficiency is suspected.
